Yeah.. at last! a Fan art of Akari from ARIA (again) 
took almost a week to get this job done
Why? because I hate painting water 
and the result is pretty ridiculous
the term acqua alta came from the city of Venice, Italy. also known as "high water".
Acqua Alta is a phenomenon that regularly occurs in the city of Venice, Italy, most commonly during high and spring tides. It involves the flooding of the most low lying areas of Venice, or, in more severe cases, up to 96% of the City.
The phenomenon is most likely to take place between late September and April, and especially in the months of October, November, and December. huahahahah that means for those deviant who apparently lived in Italy, you should visit Venice this month and see the actual acqua alta with your own eyes
